Curry Leaves Powder

Curry Leaf on Foodista


Curry Leaves – 4 cups

Urad dhal – 1 cup

Red chillies – ½ cup

Asafoetida – 1 teaspoon

Rock salt – 1 tablespoon


a) Fry dry red chilli with little oil.

b) Fry all other items without oil seperately.

c) Fine grind all items.
